    Obama Exempts Japan and 10 European Nations From Iran Sanctions Law

    Obama has exepmt these countries from Iran Sanctions because they did reduce their purchase of Iranian oil singnificantly. Even though the EU has banned oil purchases to some extreme and will do so completly by June 1st the Iranians are still not feeling the need to negotiate. The purpose of these changes in purchasing oil is to force Iran to change it's course and negotiate with the rest of the people. So far Iran hasn't given up anything but the Obama administration feels like they will soon.
